Meet our team

Dr. Robin Forman Rose, D.O. is a double board-certified specialist in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, specializing in precision, functional medicine.

Dr. Rose focuses on integrating systems biology and utilizes cutting-edge healthcare technologies to optimize the health trajectory of patients, by restoring and optimizing gut health. Her innovative approach requires a deep understanding of each person’s biochemical, genetic and lifestyle factors, and her comprehensive approach prioritizes patient-centered care resulting in more personalized, precise, and preventative treatment. Her philosophy is deeply rooted in healing her patients from the inside out.

Dr. Rose received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience with Honors from Lehigh University, and her master’s degree in Neuropsychology from New York University. She received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors, and was inducted into the Psi Sigma Alpha Osteopathic National Honors Society. She did her post-graduate training in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and is also listed as a functional medicine provider with the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is the author of several peer-reviewed articles published in various fields, including gastroenterology, neuroscience, and hematology.

Dr. Rose is the author of several peer-reviewed articles published in various fields, including gastroenterology, neuroscience, and hematology. Her most important research was done with Dr. Burton Korelitz in Inflammatory Bowel Disease with publications in Gastroenterology, and the American Journal of Gastroenterology. Dr. Rose most recently authored the “28 Day Gut Fix.”

Dr. Rose is focused on restoring and optimizing health, by identifying and treating the underlying cause. Her expertise encompasses gut microbiome health, chronic conditions, immune health, fertility, women’s health, and long COVID.

Jayne Williams, C.H.H.C, A.A.D.P, N.L.C is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, podcast host and long-time advocate of health and nutrition. Having suffered for many years with gut and stress-related issues, Jayne empowered herself to learn everything she could to get healthy and, in turn, has made it her life’s work to help others to do the same. She now helps her clients improve their health in a clear-cut attainable approach, by gradually introducing healthy eating habits and living practices specific to their body and lifestyle.

Most importantly, she works with each client to create a personalized plan of action that supports both their short and long-term health goals. In addition, Jayne is a Business Coach, mentoring Wellness Practitioners on how to grow their business.

Jayne is a former fitness instructor, journalist and served as the CEO of the American Red Cross in South Central Connecticut overseeing various health care programs and classes. She received her training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Jayne is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University, is ACE Trainer Certified, Nutritious Life Certified, and has an additional Certification in Gut Health.
